Shannon Beador is on a weight-loss journey, and she's committed to sticking with it. In the past, The Real Housewives of Orange County pal has admitted that the gym isn't exactly her favorite place (relatable!). But, she's also serious about being the healthiest version of herself that she can possibly be — even after second sprained ankle this year! A sprained ankle is an excuse most gym-phobes would use to skip workouts entirely, but Shannon is as motivated as ever to work on her fitness.
First, some quick context: On September 18, Shannon took to Instagram to share some news. "NOOOOOOOOO!!! Tripped on a stair after my walk yesterday and sprained my right ankle this time," she said, showing a photo of her injured foot in a boot. Ouch!
But just hours later, Shannon was back to share another post about how she's (still!) working out. In a short video, the RHOC pal can be seen lying on a weight bench and holding a dumbbell over her head. She holds her injured foot in the air while resting her other foot on the bench, and expertly lifts and lowers the weight at her trainer's cues. Take a look:
Though Shannon humbly called herself "a little wobbly," we think she looks rock solid — don't you? Go, Shannon!
