The Real Housewives of Orange County beauty shares everything she tries, from her lower facelift to her Botox facial. So of course she kept it real about her freshly-done lip filler. Tamra posted a selfie right after visiting her go-to cosmetic surgeon Dr. Milind K. Ambe.
"Okay I can’t lie," she wrote on Instagram. "I got my lips plumped today at [Dr. Ambe]'s office. Is it too much." Then she posts a duck emoji, which might be the best use of that emoji ever.
