Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a great weekend! It’s back to school time so I hope everyone is adjusting to their new schedules. I know most of my mommy friends are looking forward to a little "me" time as their little ones get back to school. I made a decision over the summer to give Preston a bonus year and enroll him in the TK program instead of sending him off to Kindergarten. He just turned five in July and I didn’t want him to be the youngest boy in class. It's a very personal decision, but I'm confident I made the right one. So my waterworks (tears) will be held off one more year.
The Miss Teen USA contestants competed in Sun Kitten Swimwear over the weekend in the Bahamas. Miss Louisiana Teen USA took home the crown! Congrats!
Let's just jump right into tonight's episode shall we...
Can you imagine a year ago we were standing on a hill of dirt at Heather's ground breaking party? It's amazing how much this piece of land has changed in so little time! Chateau Dubrow is amazing and I know at its completion it's going to be magnificent. Seriously though, Heather's closet is the size of my bedroom. That's a whole lot of Valentino and Chanel in one place! Lucky girl.
The afternoon started out lovely. It was really fun touring the house that we've all heard so much about over the past year. Little did we know the lunch would end in fireworks? I'm starting to think that Meghan really likes to be in the center of drama.
Can I first just say that I think its super tacky to ask a psychic personal questions about someone that is not there? What's worse is basing a decision about something based upon what a psychic says. I mean seriously? We are arguing that a psychic said Brooks doesn't have cancer? Is this for real? I do not think Meghan is genuinely concerned about Brooks' cancer. I think she wants to catch Vicki in a lie.
I can't imagine that anyone would ever lie about something as serious as cancer. My mind doesn't even go there. I think the basis of this entire argument is that Meghan is trying to dispel Brooks' cancer. Why is she spending her time researching? Does Meghan even know Brooks? It has to be one of the worst accusations to hear about your loved one who is battling cancer.
We can all learn from each other. I believe that when we give each other advice on certain things like raising children and relationships we can really help one another. However, this does not seem beneficial at all. I gather that after all the research that Meghan did at home, she knew she was going to bring this conversation up. This argument seemed premeditated to me.
To be continued...
