Joining the cast in Season 13, Emily Simpson is an Ohio transplant who willed herself to great success and became an attorney, a part-time party-planner, a wife, step mom and mother. After years of fertility and pregnancy issues, Emily’s sister Sara stepped in as a surrogate for all three of Emily’s children - daughter Annabelle and twin boys Luke and Keller.
