Heather Dubrow Responds to Shannon Storms Beador's Melancholy Reaction to Her House
Heather shared her honest opinion about her RHOC castmate feeling "triggered" by her house tour.
After Shannon Storms Beador's notably melancholy reaction to Heather Dubrow's house tour on the December 1 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Heather had a lot to say about the moment on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
During the RHOC episode, Shannon looked visibly upset as she walked around Heather's house (get a new look at the home in the exclusive Bravo Insider video above). Shannon explained that being at the Dubrow Chateau, which is in her old neighborhood, brought up "a lot of memories" for her, and added in an interview: "My home was my fourth child...It's a part of my family's history, and all this is being triggered."
"I see the refrigerator drawers, and I see all the same things that we had, and then it makes me think that that wasn't even part of my life," Shannon said. "It seems like so long ago."
On WWHL the same night, host Andy Cohen asked Heather if Shannon's reaction was "shady editing" or if Heather was "getting that vibe" as she gave Shannon a tour.
"I didn't get that vibe at all," Heather said. "I thought we were having a great time. By the way, we had had many tequilas and I poured drinks halfway through."
Although Andy said he "could understand" where Shannon was coming from because "she used to live in [Heather's] neighborhood, in a huge house, she has since downsized," Heather responded: "Yeah, but comparison is the thief of joy, you know?"
Viewers at home seemed to have clear feelings about Shannon's reaction. When Andy shared a poll and asked: "On a scale of 1-10, how much did Shannon enjoy Heather's home tour?" viewers landed on a 3.
