On the March 9 episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Dr. Jen Armstrong explained that her husband, Ryne, wanted the two of them to be "financial equal partners" who "[own] things equally together." While Jen has talked extensively about her cosmetic dermatology practice throughout the season, she recently revealed new information about how Ryne earns his income.

How to Watch

"He has a company, Hawaii Hideaways," Jen shared on Part 2 of the show's Season 16 reunion, when host Andy Cohen asked, on behalf of a viewer, how Ryne earns money. "It's become very successful. He rents to pretty high-end celebrities."

According to the company's website, the mission of Hawaii Hideaways "is to deliver a classic yet comfortable luxury product specifically designed for an exclusive clientele." Explaining his connection to Hawaii, Ryne wrote on the site, "I actually entered into the travel business so that I could share with others what I have experienced myself in this great state. I started off small, renting my own house to travelers, but then soon branched out to other properties when demand grew."

During the reunion, Jen shed some light on how Ryne's business impacts their combined income. "I'm assuming, with your practice, that you are the bigger breadwinner?" Andy asked, to which Jen responded, "It was like that for many years. We're becoming more equalized now."

While Ryne's business is based in Hawaii, he and Jen also have personal property there. Jen previously shared that Ryne wanted equal ownership of their vacation home, and Andy asked for an update on those finances during the March 23 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen

"I bought the house before we were married, and he put a little bit in," Jen explained. "So he is on the title, and we have different percentages."
