Briana & Ryan Culberson Are Sharing Their Top Keto Tips in a New Way
Vicki Gunvalson's daughter and son-in-law have created a new space to "give suggestions of what has worked well" for them on their Keto journey.
From their day-to-day meals to their grocery lists, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson and her husband, Ryan Culberson, have been open about nearly every part of their journey while following a ketogenic diet. Now, the couple is creating an Instagram account exclusively dedicated to educating their followers about their personal experience with the Keto lifestyle.
"We’ve been asked often to start a keto only page with recipes and help people maintain the lifestyle easily," reads a caption on the first post of the new account, ketoculbersons. "Welcome to our new page and bear with us as we develop this page!" The caption concluded with hashtags including "Keto for beginners," "it's a lifestyle not a diet," and "keto meals."
While the couple didn't dive into specifics on what exactly the account will feature, Ryan and Briana often document their meals, including how they follow "keto on vacation" and their go-to snacks, on their personal social media accounts.
After sharing the post to his personal page, Ryan explained to a commenter that the advice on the new account would not come at a cost. "There’s no charge or products required," he wrote. "We will give suggestions of what has worked well for us."
Last year, Vicki revealed that Ryan and Briana had lost a combined 112 pounds, something Ryan later explained was due entirely due to following the Keto lifestyle. "We haven't started incorporating working out," he explained to an Instagram follower. "We just focus on the food."
Ryan and Briana's two sons also partially follow the eating plan. "We let [the boys] cheat," Ryan explained during a previous Instagram Q&A. "But they do use the Keto products we do as well." In the comments section of his most recent post announcing the new account, Ryan described the kids' day-to-day diet as "lazy keto," adding, "we definitely don’t flood them with sugary products."
