Go Inside Tamra Judge's New Coto de Caza Home

Tamra Judge has long been in the real estate business, but it’s only been in recent years that we’ve seen her true passion — interior design! “I wanted to go to school to be an interior decorator, because I just love it, but instead I got into real estate,” The Real Housewives of Orange County alum told BravoTV.com last year. “So, I just love houses in general. I’m always looking at house stuff online. I follow fitness stuff and decorating — those are the two things I follow on social media. I’ve always decorated my houses by myself. Every time we move, I want to do a different style.”

How to Watch

She’s getting her wish once again. Since selling her Coto de Caza home for $200,000 above what she had paid just 18 months earlier, Tamra has moved back into her Covenant Hills, California home that she had previously been renting out to tenants. Prior to moving in, however, Tamra did a major renovation to the property. In addition to working on the kitchen and laundry and staining all the floors in the home, she overhauled the master bathroom and closest, making one giant, utterly luxurious space — and lucky for us, she’s sharing a look inside!

“Some before and after pics of master bathroom . Not completely finished, waiting on framed mirrors & window treatments. Doubled the size taking the wall out. #newoldhouse #lovestayinghome,” Tamra wrote along side a gallery of images posted to Instagram, adding, “Removed the wall that housed 2 walk-in closets and a small shower. Doubled the size of the bathroom & the shower. bought a fancy toilet that sprays water up my ass ? all is good in my hood. #nevermovingagain #untilsomeonemakesmeanoffer #stayathome #hgtv #renovation.”

In the comments section, Tamra also revealed that they “should have done it 3 years ago” and when replying to The Real Housewives of Dallas’ Stephanie Hollman’s compliment, she wrote “Thanks steph. It’s getting there been under construction for 2 months. So over it.”

Tamra might be over it, but we are decidedly not! Can we talk about the gorgeous design aesthetic in the space?! All white everywhere, the bathroom combines light wood floors, thick marble counters, plantation shutters, and a big’ ol freestanding soaking tub. Our favorite part? The mixed metal accents! From the brass faucets to dark black metal pulls throughout, the space ties it all together with a brass-and-black metal geometric chandelier that is so modern and beautiful. The adjacent, open-air closet is also glamorous, featuring glass window cabinets and loads of storage. Simply stunning, Tamra!
