Tamra Judge recently spilled a kitchen confession: making dinner for her kids is "a little bit difficult." But while nighttime involves juggling the needs of her daughter Sophia, who's a vegetarian, and her son Spencer, who likes chicken (and "hates pasta"), it's a total treat for The Real Housewives of Orange County alum to make school snacks.

In her recent Instagram Stories, the newly minted real-estate pro zoomed in on a muffin pan resting on her white marble island. "The best part about the kids being homeschooled is that I get to make some treats for them and bring them up to their room," she said. "Blueberry muffins, on the menu today!"

Though the Cut Fitness co-owner often shares snaps of what she's whipping up in her Orange County kitchen, the muffins showed us a sweet new side of Tamra's culinary repertoire. More often, she's making veggie-packed specialties like quinoa-stuffed peppers or sweet-potato tacos. But for her students, only the coziest brain food will do.

Along with showing off her homeschool snacks, Tamra has also offered a peek of her daughter's homeschool setup. Sophia is tending to her studies at an industrial-chic desk, and she has a nifty file organizer tacked right onto her wall.
