Vicki Gunvalson Shares Why Daughter Briana Culberson Is "the Best"
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum posted a heartwarming photo of her daughter's thoughtful gesture.
Vicki Gunvalson recently set off to visit her daughter in North Carolina, and she arrived bearing a practical, if not totally glamorous, gift. "Going to see Briana and my grandsons in the morning," The Real Housewives of Orange County alum wrote on Instagram. "What did she ask me to bring? Toilet paper." But as it turns out, Briana also had something special — and slightly more appetizing — for her mom.
As she got closer to arriving at her daughter's ranch-style home, Vicki shared the sweet text messages Briana had sent her. "Made you dinner for when you get here if you're hungry," the ER nurse wrote. She added a snap of said meal, which was a Keto-friendly plate of green beans, chicken sausage, and cheesy cauliflower rice.
Vicki even had a very cute server waiting in the wings. Referring to her 5-year-old son, Briana added: "[Owen's] working in his 'hot dog stand' upstairs and said he's going to leave you dinner on your bed." Hot dogs in bed? That's a welcome dinner we can get behind.

Though it took the RHOC OG a while to warm up to the idea of having her daughter live several states away, her frequent visits to North Carolina have almost made her a convert. She once mused on Instagram: "Do I need a house here?" And in another post, Vicki had to admit: "It's not so bad here after all!"
But whether she moves to the Tar Heel State or not, we have a feeling Vicki's visits will become even more frequent. Cheesy rice alone is a pretty strong draw, but there's something even more delightful in the oven as we speak: Briana and Ryan's third baby, a boy, is due to arrive in November.
