Classless and Disgusting

Heather Dubrow's Hanukkah dinner was almost perfect — if only she'd remembered to chop a few more onions. On December 5, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took to Instagram to provide a tantalizing peek into her positively gorgeous holiday feast, starting with some footage of her cooking up her famous latkes.

As The Dubrow Diet co-author stood over her stove, she spoke to her followers over the sizzle of potatoes frying up. (Ah, music to our ears.) "Ok, so here it is, my annual latke making," she beamed. "One minor fail: In the first batch, forgot the onions. Yes. First time ever — what a loser! Kinda still tasty, though!" Turning to her second batch of potato pancakes, Heather said: "But these are really turning out lovely. Happy Hanukkah, everyone!"

OK, in terms of dinner party #fails, forgetting a couple of onions is not too serious. (It's not nearly as "classless and disgusting" as breaking the bow on someone's cake, for example! Remember that? Peep the clip above to relive the horror.) And, the night turned out to be a massive success.

"What a fun night with our family and friends! Oh and the fabulous food," she wrote. "I didn't take pictures of the dinner because I was too busy eating and enjoying!"

That's the spirit — what's a very minor cooking fail, when there's a home full of food, festivity, and loved ones?
