Tamra Judge Shares an Update on Her New Vegetarian Diet: "I Feel Amazing"

The Real Housewives of Orange County fitness buff has had a strong start to her meat-free lifestyle.

It's only been a few days since Tamra Judge became a vegetarian, but The Real Housewives of Orange County fitness buff is already feeling the effects of her new lifestyle. 

Earlier this week, Tamra shared that she and husband Eddie Judge had "gone vegetarian." That very evening, Tamra set about making a meat-free dinner of peppers stuffed with quinoa, black beans, corn, and cheese, and she had to hand it to herself: The dish turned out to be delicious. 

The finger-licking vegetarian recipes kept coming, it would seem. Because by day two of going off meat, Tamra updated fans that she was feeling "amazing" — and it looked like she was eating pretty well, too. 

Tamra's post showed a vegetarian taco filled with sweet potatoes, corn, onions, and avocado.  It looks like there was some quinoa in there, as well, which makes us think that Tamra found a handy use for leftover ingredients from the previous night's meal.

So, just to break this down, Tamra's new diet is economical, healthy, and involves tacos. Indeed, it looks like this lifestyle tweak is a winner:
