Here's How to Hit the Gym Like Tamra Judge

Tamra Judge does not mess around when it comes to working out. You can see that in the video above, which shows The Real Housewives of Orange County pal hitting it hard at the gym she co-owns, CUT Fitness. And, you can see more evidence here, in her shredded abs. So before she hits the gym, Tamra makes sure to fuel up wisely — and, from the looks of it, deliciously.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

On February 26, the bodybuilder shared the exact recipe she uses to whip up a pre-workout shake. Here's what she tosses in her blender: spinach, a quarter of an apple and a quarter of a pear, a date, chia seeds, a handful of raw nuts, collagen protein, one fourth of an avocado, cucumber, and water.

Keep scrolling to see what the blend looks like, and what Tamra eats after she works out. The latter meal mixes quinoa and egg whites with nuts, spinach, and sweet potatoes.

It all looks delicious, simple, and clean, which is pretty much Tamra's eating M.O. When speaking to The Feast recently, the Orange County pal said: "I don’t really follow any diet. I just follow a lifestyle." She also divulged how she eats when she's prepping for a bodybuilding diet.

"You have to eat so much protein to build that muscle," she told The Feast. "You eat a lot of protein, a lot of chicken breasts, a lot of protein shakes, a lot of egg whites, a lot of steamed vegetables, asparagus, things like that. No processed food, no sugar. And I don't eat a whole lot of that, every once in a while — like, I had dessert last night, which was amazing. But it's just constantly eating every couple hours. So when you work out you can feed those muscles."
