Get the Exact Recipe for Tamra Judge's Gorgeous Vegetarian Salad
The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member shared a mouthwatering update on her "vegetarian life."
This whole vegetarian thing is working out well for Tamra Judge. After sharing that she and husband Eddie were going meat-free a few weeks back, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member has been enjoying one delicious, veggie-packed meal after the next. And since we're always on the hunt for recipe ideas, we're taking notes.
First, Tamra whipped up quinoa-stuffed peppers that we made at home posthaste (they're delish, thanks for asking). She inspired us again with her photo of sweet potato and avocado tacos. And when Tamra shared a snap of a gorgeous salad at her country club's restaurant, we did a little menu sleuthing to find out exactly what was in it.
Tamra captioned her photo "vegetarian life Coto club," which leads us to believe that she was munching on the Harvest Quinoa Salad at the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet club. According to the property's website, the salad's ingredients are: mixed baby greens with blueberries, strawberries, apple, dried cranberries, feta, toasted almonds, and white balsamic vinaigrette. The club's version has some grilled chicken breast on top, but Tamra opted out of that.
