Any Bravo fan knows that the city of Potomac is no stranger to shade. The Real Housewives of Potomac ladies are professional readers and can spill tea with the best of them. Just in case you need a refresher, take a look below for evidence:

Well, this season, a new lady came onto the scene throwing shade like it was her job. The twist? It wasn’t one of our Housewives! That’s right, it was other than rookie Housewife Monique Samuels’ mother-in-law Miss Shirley Samuels. Now, we heard that these two didn’t exactly get along, but we didn’t know the result would be some of the shadiest shade Potomac has seen yet. 

This Housewife mom could teach a class in shade from that lunch alone! We mean, she straight up told her daughter-in-law Monique to get a job! Now, that’s a read.
Of course, this further proves that no one shades quite like a Housewife mama. Where do we think our ladies got it anyway? And while Miss Samuels’ shade came pretty close, Kandi Burruss' mother Mama Joyce still takes the cake. After all, Miss Samuels did manage to keep her shoes on…Welcome to the club, Shirley!
