Bride-to-be Robyn Dixon is focusing on elevating her fitness game in 2020, and she's taking us along with her on her journey. The Real Housewives of Potomac mom recently revealed in a set of Instagram Stories that she's committed to staying healthy this year, and to do that she had her very own "moment of truth" with the scale. The Maryland-based mom boldly shared her exact weight of 165.3 pounds and body measurements using a fancy new scale and explained that this focus on getting fit is more than just about shedding pounds.

Robyn shared her new high-tech scale with followers that goes beyond simply stating your weight. "My weight fluctuates all the time and I have no idea why," Robyn confessed in her caption. She took to her Instagram Stories to guide fans through the process of evaluating your measurements. In addition to her weight, Robyn is analyzing her body mass index, muscle mass, body fat percentage, and hydration levels to get a more comprehensive understanding of her current state of health.

"Our health is so much more than our weight," Robyn shared in her short videos. "As I get older, it gets more and more important to not just be thin, but be healthy." Then, Robyn heroically stepped on the scale. "OK, so my moment of truth. Let me show you how the scale works. Oh my gosh, I am like 10 pounds over my ideal weight."

The reality is, Robyn is a knockout at any weight, but we totally understand her desire to be her healthiest self. "I'm not just talking about skinny. I'm talking about healthy and taking care of the things that you need for your body," she continued. Well said.
