Brian Trunzo knows how to wear a suit—after all, he also owns a chic Soho store full of them.
The stylish former attorney-turned-retailer left his law career to open Carson Street Clothiers, which sells high-end, GQ-approved menswear from dozens of brands (including the store’s own). Their style guide is simple: elevated Italian tailoring, made-in-Brooklyn trousers and shirts manufactured in the good ol’ U.S.A.
Not surprisingly, bad (and boring) fashion sense is a dealbreaker for Brian.
“I don’t really want a cookie cutter ‘This is what I saw in a mail-order magazine’ looking woman, even if she’s beautiful,” says Brian, who’s looking for a lady with “unique style.” With a store like his, we think he’s on his way.
