Emotionally Charged

Craig can't do the work for his clients, they have to be ready to change.

By Craig Ramsay

If someone isn't ready to make this change for themselves, I cannot do my job.

Shay let her ego get in the way of her gym workout this week. She has mentioned her trust issues before and needs to understand that she is in the hands of caring professionals who know this process. I have a feeling she is sensitive this week from losing her mom on the show the prior week. She's too pretty to be acting this way.

I'm really surprised to see how Nikki, Joe, and Bryan treated Stacy at that dinner. This is highschool behavior at its worst.

I feel it necessary to state that Polycystic ovary disease (PCOS) is a real disease. It effects 1 in 10 women in America. To all PCOS ladies out there, you are not alone! PCOS is only an obstacle in your way, you can succeed in gaining control of your health and physique goals.

PCOS tips - Get control of your sleep issues, get your vitamin D levels checked, eat high protein meals, especially in the evening.

Stay Strong inside and out!

Watching the therapy session all I can say is how much I love these people, and how proud I am of them for opening up and being so vulnerable. What brave clients we have.

I leave you this week with:

Use your emotions to aid your workout not hinder it.

And since the exercise in therapy this week being child pictures, I thought I'd share one of mine.
