Handful of Peanuts

1 cooked Yam w/tsp olive oil

1 Chicken Breast

Lots of water

Day 3

1/2 grapefruit

2 eggs with goat cheese, tomatoes and onions

handful of almonds

Mixed green salad with goat cheese, balsamic and 1/2 grilled chicken breast

6 oz baked salmon

1 cup lentils

Lots of water

Day 4

2 eggs scrambled with onion, chicken sausage, mushrooms, goat cheese

handful of almonds

protein shake- a la Craig

Seared Ahi Tuna with baby bok choy, long grain wild rice

Lots of water

1 hour workout w/ Craig

Day 5

Jackie's Protein Shake

Apple

Grilled Chicken Breast w/ Lentils

Banana

Ground Chicken Breast w/broccoli,

1/2 cup black wild rice,

1 small sweet potato

30 minutes cardio

45 min workout with Craig
