Protein shake w/ oatmeal

1 cup brown rice

1/2 avocado

1 cup broccoli

Diced grilled chicken breast

Red wine vinegar

Red onion

16 guiltless gourmet baked chips

Sliced avocado

Baked rosemary chicken breast

1/2 cup diced yams

1/2 cup broccoli

Mixed green salad w/ balsamic vinegar


Day 34

Protein Shake w/oatmeal

1/2 Grilled Chicken BreastĀ 

1 cup brown rice

1/2 cup broccoli

1/2 cup baked yams

1/2 avocado

Red wine vinegar

3 baby carrots dipped in hummus

2 pieces of salami w/ 1 tablespoon goat cheese

1 Alaskan king crab leg

3 pieces of grilled shrimp

1/4 cup kale

2 tablespoons black beans

8 green beans

1 Asian chicken lettuce wrap with ground chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, scallions, peanuts

5 cube size pieces of watermelon with cherry tomatoes, basil

1 glass of white wine

1 hr workout with Craig

Day 35

Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

Chicken Breast w/ fruit salsa & quinoa (GreenLeaf)

15 almonds


6 oz Pork Tenderloin

1/2 cup Broccoli w/ onion

1/4 cup Diced yams

Mixed green salad w/ avocado and balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup brown rice

40 minute cardio workout

Day 36

Protein shake w/ oatmeal


Handful of almondsĀ 

Chicken with brown rice, avocado, tomatoes, broccoli and red wine vinegar

3 king crab legs w/ lemon

Steamed broccoli

Diced baked yams


Day 37

Ground Turkey Breast w/ Mexican seasoning with cheese, black beans, avocado, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and guiltless gourmet chips

Day 38

Protein Shake w/ oatmeal

Greek Salad w/ chicken


15 almonds

Grilled chicken breast w/ rice, tomatoes, edamame, red onions, lemon and olive oil

18 guiltless gourmet chips w/ salsa

1 1/2 workout with Craig
