See How Tom Schwartz Transformed His Apartment for the Holidays: "My Own Little Snow Globe"
The Vanderpump Rules cast member gave his home a festive and cozy upgrade.
Tom Schwartz never skimps when it comes to holiday decor.
Less than 24 hours after Thanksgiving, the Vanderpump Rules cast member gave fans a quick look at his apartment’s Christmas transformation. Tom shared several Instagram Stories of his cozy living room full of colorful, festive pieces, like evergreen-shaped candles on his coffee table, a few mini Santa Clauses, a snowy tabletop village house, an LED snowflake, and a row of nutcracker and elf figurines beneath his mounted TV.

“It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas,” he captioned a video highlighting his new Lovesac sofa.
The sectional was also adorned with a white-and-red throw blanket and a handful of decorative pillows. Tom also lined the back of the couch with string lights, similar to the ones on his Santa-themed Christmas tree that was seen in the backdrop.
“After this past week, the usual holiday accents won’t suffice,” Tom captioned a November 29 post. “I want the holiday spirit to wash over me in an awesome wave. I want to get home and feel like I’m in a holly jolly Hallmark movie. My own little snow globe. So I holiday bombed my new [Lovesac] Sactionals. Coziest I’ve been in years. They say the kitchen is the heart and soul of the home, but for me, it’s my couch.”
Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval to shut down their namesake lounge
Tom, who has already decorated his next-level patio, moved into the apartment over the summer after ditching his “transitional bachelor” pad. But that wasn’t the only change he experienced in recent months. On November 25, the Minnesota native confirmed he and Tom Sandoval were shutting down Schwartz & Sandy’s, a Los Angeles restaurant/cocktail lounge they launched in 2022.
“Deciding to close was one of the hardest decisions we’ve made. We agonized over it for quite some time because we truly believe it’s a great bar, still ripe with potential.” Tom Schwartz told People magazine before alluding to Tom Sandoval’s highly publicized breakup with Ariana Madix. “Unfortunately, the current climate for this business is pretty rough. Recovering from all the negativity post-scandal wasn’t easy, and the slimmer margins post-COVID made it even harder to bounce back. There’s not a lot of room for error in the restaurant/bar business.”

Shortly after the announcement, Bravo revealed Vanderpump Rules would return for a 12th season… but with a completely new cast. Tom reacted to the news by sharing a montage of the series’ most memorable moments.
“How the last 12 years replays in my mind,” he captioned the video soundtracked by the Friends theme song.
So, what’s next for Tom? Well, he’s now working on Detox / Retox, a Podcast One program that is expected to launch in 2025.
“I’m super excited about that,” he told People magazine. “I’d also like to get behind the camera and produce some shows.”
