Kelly Choi is a die-hard foodie and the host of Bravo’s hit series, TOP CHEF MASTERS, one of the highest rated programs on the network, and highest rated show for that time slot in Bravo TV history, beating Project Runway and the original Top Chef. Top Chef Masters is back for season two, and airs Wednesday nights at 10 pm on Bravo.

As an acclaimed food journalist, producer, creator and host of NYC’s restaurant show Eat Out NY, Kelly won a New York Emmy from the New York Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for On Camera Talent: Program Host/ Moderator. Kelly’s work as host of the internationally syndicated Secrets of New York, a weekly show that reveals mysteries and little-known facts about the five buroughs, also brought multiple Emmy wins. Having an extensive background with food, Kelly has turned her love for food into a career. This love not only noted through Top Chef Masters and Eat Out NY, but also as a judge on Iron Chef America and Master Chef in Puerto Rico. Kelly also hosted the USA finals of Bocuse d’OR, a prestigious culinary competition held in Lyon, France every two years. Furthermore, Kelly has appeared in a variety of specials and programs on NYC TV, including hosting the James Beard Awards, along with various food and fashion-driven programs.

Born in Seoul, Korea, Kelly is a former model, and won the Eite Modeling Agency’s “Look of the Year” contest, and has been voted as “One of the Sexiest New Yorkers” by the New York Post, and OK! Magazines’ “50 Sexy Singles.” Kelly’s 5’10” height landed her as a model with Ford Models. Kelly worked as a VJ for MTV Korea, as well as an entertainment reporter on the TV Guide Channel.

Kelly has a Master’s from Columbia University in New York. A widely recognized star of NYC TV, Kelly supports, among many charities, diabetes research and an Alliance for a Healthier Generation, as well as City Harvest.

As New York Magazine's famed restaurant critic for over 30 years and the Insatiable Critic Columnist, Gael Greene chronicled the American revolution in dining. A best-selling author, Greene has written Everything You Always Wanted To Know About Ice Cream But Were Too Fat To Ask, The Mafia Guide to Dining Out and Nobody Knows the Truffles I've Seen. Her image was the mysterious woman with the hat covering her eyes. She still has a weakness for hats but now her column BITE is found on InsatableCritic.com.

Greene often documents her global travels with photographs by the professional street photographer, Steven Richter. Their work has appeared in magazines that include Travel & Leisure, Food & Wine, Diversions, Diversions, Departures and Food Arts.

She co-founded Citymeals-on-Wheels with James Beard in 1981 and remains a continuing force serving as board chair. Greene has made a significant impact on the city of New York through her work with the organization, rallying food world peers to make a commitment to help feed the city's homebound elderly. Citymeals, the largest public/private partnership in the country, has raised over $220 million in its twenty-eight year history to help feed the city's frail elderly shut-ins.

For her work with Citymeals, Greene has received numerous awards and was honored as the Humanitarian of the Year (l992) by the James Beard Foundation. She is the winner of the International Association of Cooking Professionals magazine writing award, 2000, and received a Silver Spoon from Food Arts magazine.

Greene's memoir, Insatiable, Tales from a Life of Delicious Excess, was published in April 2006. Earlier non-fiction books include Delicious Sex, A Gourmet Guide for Women and the Men Who Want to Love Them Better and BITE: A New York Restaurant Strategy. Her two novels, Blue Skies, No Candy and Doctor Love were New York Times best-sellers.

James Oseland is thrilled to be returning for his fifth season of Top Chef Masters. He is the editor-in-chief of Saveur, America’s most critically-acclaimed food magazine. Under his editorship, the magazine has won more than more than 40 awards, including numerous James Beard journalism awards, and three from the American Society of Magazine Editors. His 2006 book, Cradle of Flavor, a memoir with recipes about his time living in Southeast Asia, was named one of the best books of that year by Time Asia, The New York Times, and Good Morning America and went on to win awards from the James Beard Foundation and the International Association of Culinary Professionals. He is the also the editor of Saveur’s cookbooks, including Saveur: The New Comfort Food, published in 2011, and The Way We Cook. He is on the board of the directors of the American Society of Magazine Editors and is the editor of the forthcoming Lonely Planet writing anthology A Fork In the Road. He is writing Jimmy Neurosis, a memoir of his punk rock youth in the 1970s, for Ecco Press, a Harper Collins imprint. Additionally, he has lectured at the Asia Society, Slow Food Nation, and the Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor conference. He was previously an editor at Vogue, Organic Style, Sassy, the Village Voice, and Mademoiselle, and holds degrees in photography and film studies from the San Francisco Art Institute. Born in Mountain View, California, in 1963, James has lived in India and Indonesia and now lives in New York City with his husband, Daniel. His favorite foods are char kuey teow (Malaysian stir-fried rice noodles with shrimp and chile paste) and milk chocolate bars. Jay Rayner returns as a series judge for season two of Top Chef Masters. He is a British journalist, writer and broadcaster who has written for a wide range of British newspapers and magazines such as GQ, Esquire, Cosmopolitan, The New Statesman, and Granta. After graduating from Leeds University in 1988, he joined The Observer newspaper for whom he now reviews restaurants. In 2006 he was named Critic Of The Year in the British Press Awards.

His first novel, The Marble Kiss, was shortlisted for the Author's Club of Great Britain First Novel Award and his second, Day of Atonement published in 1998, for the Jewish Quarterly Prize for Fiction. He is also the author of the novels The Apologist, (known in the U.S. as Eating Crow) and The Oyster House Siege, as well as the non-fiction work Stardust Falling. He won a Sony Radio Award in 1997 for Papertalk, BBC Radio Five Live's magazine program about the newspaper business.

He regularly appears as one of the food critics on Masterchef, and is the resident food expert on the BBC's top rated One Show. Most recently, Rayner came out with The Man Who Ate the World, a tour of the world's greatest restaurant cities and his search for the perfect meal.
