You don't have to be in France to try superstar, Michelin-bedecked French chef Guy Savoy’s influential and luxe cuisine. He has a restaurant in Las Vegas too. While you decide which one to visit first, glory in the gorgeous dishes on his Instagram. Case in point: The "Cherry" (above), which he describes as a "sphere of Syrah wine granité wrapped in milk ‘paper’ with cherry marbles in fromage frais; milk and cherry jelly; pan-roasted cherries with black pepper."
This buzzy restaurant on Ibiza is a multisensory, high-tech experience like no other, with ever-changing projections, holograms, and a sci-fi molecular gastronomy menu from Michelin-starred Spanish chef Paco Roncero. The tasting menu runs into the four figures, but the Instagram is free, and gives you a tiny but telling glimpse of what's in store—like the trippy oyster above that would've made Alice in Wonderland jealous.
