Padma and FOOD & WINE editor Nilou Motamed ring in the holiday season by having the chefs create dishes using a bizarre collection of ingredients and tools inside gift boxes. For the elimination challenge, Charleston culinary legend Mike Lata has the chefs tackle a challenge based on the Feast of the Seven Fishes -- a traditional Italian-American seafood-filled dinner. The catch is that they must use "trash fish" – the notoriously undesirable species often discarded for being difficult to cook. The chefs will serve a table of special guests including Gail Simmons, Richard Blais, Hugh Acheson and Graham Elliot.
