Top Chef Alums Tyler Anderson and Bruce Kalman Set to Open Their New Pizza Spot — With an Arcade

Bruce Kalman and Tyler Anderson, competitors on Season 15 of Bravo's Top Chef, have a new project in the pipeline — and this time, they're in it together.

Bruce and Tyler are getting ready to open Square Peg Pizzeria, slated to make its debut in Glastonbury, Connecticut in mid-September.

Square Peg's menu will feature wood-fire pizza, Sicilian pan pizza, calzones, and — according to details Chef Bruce provided to The Feast — "some of your favorite East Coast American Italian dishes."

Think spaghetti and meatballs with Sunday gravy; chicken parm sandwiches; chopped salads; cannolis, zeppoles; and soft serve ice cream.

There will also be a full bar — and (wait for it) an arcade featuring classic games.

Bruce and Tyler aren't the only pair of Top Chef alums to open a restaurant together: Chef Shirley Chung and Travis Masar met while filming Top Chef Season 11, became close friends, and recently opened Ms Chi Café in Los Angeles.
