Tom Sandoval Says New Cast Members "Did a Really Good Job of Being Open and Honest"
The Vanderpump Rules OGs tell us what to expect this season at BravoCon 2019.
During sit-downs with the Vanderpump Rules cast at BravoCon 2019 this weekend, the OGs had some thoughts about the new kids. “They better bring it,” Stassi Schroeder said while chatting with BravoTV.com’s Megan Segura. Added Lala Kent, “I’m excited because I’ve been new before, so I open my arms to anyone that’s new."
Tom Schwartz said, “Props to them, because I would be terrified, and trying to fit in there in an organic way — we almost earned the right to be awful to each other, ya know? And we love each other!”
Tom’s wife Katie Maloney-Schwartz reiterated the challenge the newbies face. “We’re very tight knit, so it’s not very easy for people to penetrate in our group, I think Lala’s an example of someone who’s actually been able to become a part of this.”
So, what can we expect from this new crop of cast mates? According to Tom Sandoval, the newbies did an amazing job at being authentic. "They did a really good job of being open and honest with who they are for real."
And, um, these "kids" are truly kids! “When I say young, I mean young,” Jax Taylor said. “I mean they’re younger than my wife. That’s young.”
More super important details to know: “They take, like, belfies and stuff,” said Stassi, with Katie adding, “Yeah, that’s true.”
But according to James, we have nothing to worry about: “They’re all awesome!” he said.
