The Vanderpump Rules bride-to-be celebrated her upcoming wedding with her friends.
Brittany Cartwright is one step closer to getting married to Jax Taylor, y’all. Following a seemingly endless stream of celebrations — there was the Vanderpump Rules’ couple’s engagement dinner, the brunch where Brittany formally asked her friends to be bridesmaids, dress shopping (with Champagne, naturally), and a joint bachelor/bachelorette party vacation in Miami — she threw in one more fete before her big day over the weekend, and it was her bridal shower!
We’ve long known Brittany has wished for a fairytale wedding, so it’s no surprise that her shower was themed along these lines. “A bridal party fit for a princess! LOL love you guys!!! Y’all know me so well and I am so so lucky to have each and every one of you in my life,” she wrote on Instagram.
That’s right, Brittany’s ultra-girly shower had a princess theme... with actual princesses in attendance! (OK, OK, Meghan Markle wasn’t there, but four women dressed in princess costumes were.)
Attended by her besties Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Ariana Madix and Lala Kent, the event featured oversized balloon arches, beautiful floral centerpieces and even a table decorated with paper fans and an “I believe in fairies” sign.
Amidst a cupcake tower, a beautiful pink cake on a pedestal, and buckets full of Witches of Weho wine, there was another wooden sign saying, “Be our guest.” Indeed — this is certainly a shower Belle herself would approve of.
