We’ve long known that Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were ditching apartment life and city living for the laidback luxury of the San Fernando Valley (a.k.a. the suburbs of Los Angeles), but until now we’ve never gotten more than social media glimpses of the $1.9 million home the Vanderpump Rules couple purchased. Aaaand, let’s just say it was worth the wait.

Located in the increasingly-expensive nabe of Valley Glen—just a stone’s throw from the equally-new homes purchased by cast mate couples Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval!—Jax and Brittany is simply stunning. The 3,800-square-foot manse has five bedrooms, 5.5-bathrooms (not counting the cabana and it’s attached bath!). A traditional farmhouse on the outside, the home is full of high-tech bells and whistles on the inside, like surround sound and a home automation system. The home’s piece de resistance, however, is the backyard area, which comprises a pool, built-in grilling station and that aforementioned cabana, which comes with a TV, fireplace and lounge area… for, ya know, watching Friends 24/7! Check out all of the home’s highlights below and catch up on all things Vanderpump Rules here.

Similar in style to the home Tom and Ariana purchased for $2.1 million, Jax and Brittany's property is also brand new.

Upon entering the home, guests area greeted with a seamless living/dining room combo area that has a fireplace, shiplapped walls and wide-plank flooring.

A light-grey herringbone-patterned backsplash sets a soothing tone in the couple's upscale chef's kitchen.

With vaulted ceilings and an attached balcony, we think Jax and Brittany scored the best master bedroom ever.

Soaking tub? Check. Vanity for Brittany? Check. Extra-large shower with glass doors? Check. This is about as luxe as a bathroom can get, people!

Primed for entertaining, the couple's fenced-in backyard is a private oasis.

The open-air cabana now features a hanging daybed that Jax had made for the ultra-chill space, which the couple has also outfitted with a humongous TV.
