Lala Kent and Randall Emmett live dangerously close to the Getty Fire, a wildfire currently burning on the west side of Los Angeles that has already scorched over 600 acres — the couple only resides about a quarter mile from Mulholland Drive and the 405 Freeway, where thousands of people were evacuated from their homes on October 28.
Randall took to his Instagram Stories to let his friends and followers know that he and Lala are safe and appreciative of the outpouring of concern that they've received. He also shared a terrifying image that shows just how close the fire is to their home, and how it's threatening to spread.
A similar fire broke out two years ago, prompting Randall to comment, "Crazy again except this fire is in my neighborhood."
The Vanderpump Rules couple has been renovating their home for the better part of a year now, sharing glimpses of the progress on their social media accounts, and the work we've seen has been nothing short of stellar. We hope that Lala, Randall, and their beautiful home continue to be safe from harm and that firefighters continue to make heroic progress in putting out the Getty Fire.
