Tom Schwartz & Katie Maloney-Schwartz Moved into Their New House: Get a Look Inside
The Vanderpump Rules couple are officially in their new digs!
As of this weekend, Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz are redefining what it means to be living large. Viewers of Vanderpump Rules will remember the various apartments the couple has shared, which were totally on-par with most young couples' first place together. Adorable? Yep. Cramped? Yep.
All that has changed, however, now that the two have officially moved into their new home. Katie’s bestie Kristen Doute stopped by this weekend and was quick to give her Instagram followers a look at the massive house, posting videos of the married couple walking around and Tom Sandoval getting a tour from his better half (that would be Tom Schwartz, of course.)
“I think this hallway is bigger than your old apartment,” Kristen said to Katie, as she laid on the floor to help her aching back after a long day of moving and unpacking.
“Welcome to the Fresh Princess of Bel Air!” Kristen joked.
OK, so our initial thoughts on the space? Um. Whoa. It's huge! That staircase is massive, the ceilings are extra-high, and the main floor's layout is super open and airy. We're also loving the kitchen's massive, marble-topped island and the industrial chandelier hanging overhead.
But for new homeowner Tom, the highlight seems to be the home's beautiful pool — which he promptly cannon-balled into. Also, nothing screams adulthood like a can of Miller Lite carefully balancing on the edge of your fancy new bathtub. You're giving us FOMO, Tom!
