Scheana Shay Shares the Healthy Way She Got Her New Booty

Most of us can relate to the “Damn it!” moment that occurs when you slide into a pair of old, familiar jeans only to realize that things have gotten, well, a little tight. Scheana Shay of Vanderpump Rules recently had that very experience in Las Vegas when she tried to slip on a costume and the zipper popped off.

“I was like, ‘Wait, this doesn’t fit me anymore! Did my ass grow overnight?’ It was like the day after they did laundry so it shrank a little … I was like, ‘Okay, I definitely gained weight in my ass over the past six months because I’m having to get new clothes,’” she recalled to Page Six.

But Scheana is loving her new curves: "I wasn’t mad at it," she shared. "If I could gain weight in one place in my body, I’d like to gain it there!”

With the help of her trainer, Seth Browning, Scheana has been maintaining a healthier lifestyle. One of the first guilty pleasures to go and not re-enter her diet? Sugary booze! She told Page Six that she still indulges in pasta or enchiladas every once in a while, but carb and sugar laden alcohol is her biggest nemesis and no-no.

“I gave up beer, wine, whiskey, champagne — anything with sugar in it. I completely stopped drinking,” she said. “When I go out, if I drink I will only have a Tito’s with soda or straight tequila. I miss my beer. I love my beer!”

It's apparently worked, because Scheana looks fantastic — healthy butt, and all!
