I think we can all agree that Lala Kent is having a moment. Her makeup line is en fuego, she just starred in her first motion picture and the Vanderpump Rules hostess even got engaged to film producer Randall Emmett a few weeks ago. (Her island proposal included fireworks y’all … FIREWORKS!) (Catch up on all things PumpRules here.)

How to Watch

Watch Vanderpump Rules on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

Fittingly, Lala is also getting after her fitness every damn day, whether she’s in Los Angeles or even on the road with her fiancé in Las Vegas … because when life is this good, you want to look the part! But as Lala recently posted on social media, her workouts are also just as important for her emotional health. “Best part of my day,” she wrote on Instagram. “When I don’t get a workout in i’m a mega asshole. No workout equals me feeling physically and emotionally heavy. I know these posts are cheesy af, trust me. But I think it’s important every once in awhile to address the fact that staying active helps your mind tremendously. Our mental health is important and it deserves to be a priority. As someone who struggles with anxiety and depression, know I have your back. I’ll always share my struggles and what I find helpful. I love y’all."

Often documenting her workouts on Instagram, Lala trains with Jenna Willis, tackling rowing and burpee jumps to Romanian squats (while lifting a whole lotta weight!).

Most recently Lala posted a story of herself three sets of plank pushups on top of two Bosu balls. Two words: Hard core!

Want arms like Lala? The great news is that you can easily do this work out in your own home by buying two Bosu balls, placing them side by side on the floor and then, well, getting to work. Shop the equipment below.
