Before Watch What Happens Live officially kicked off, Jax Taylor and Tom Schwartz were tasked with taping a little segment for an upcoming Oscar-winning guest during which they acted out scenes from flicks like Good Will Hunting. "I know a lot of that movie by heart," Jax said. As for the upcoming guest, he revealed that, "she likes [the] show" and "she comes to SUR." (Can you guess who he might be talking about?) Side note: that night's WWHL episode also featured cut-outs of some of Jax's exes behind the bar. "I think some of them were crazy," he said. "I just pushed them off."
Despite having his fiance Katie Maloney in town with him, there was one thing Tom was missing: his pooch, Gordo, who stayed behind with his sitter in L.A. "I get homesick easily ever since I got a dog," he shared. Oh, he also kind of wanted to go for a late-night walk in Manhattan, revealing that late fall is his favorite time of year to visit NYC.
Backstage, Katie had a drink and chatted with everyone in the greenroom before applying some last-minute lipstick. She also teased her upcoming wedding plans. "I mean I've thought about all of it, but haven't actually started making those phone calls or doing all of that. And I'm not ready to try on wedding dresses yet," she said. "I've got to spend a little more time in the gym."

After WWHL, the boys got some drinks at their hotel bar (unfortunately, cameras were not invited!) — which means the following morning they needed to refuel with some juice before a full day of press.
The duo departed from the Dream Hotel in the Meatpacking District, got into their private car, and headed uptown for a slew of media appearances — including an interview with The Daily Dish at Bravo HQ!
First stop: a working lunch at Del Frisco's Grille in Midtown (their steaks weren't the only things being grilled). The twosome used the meal to squeeze in an interview with the New York Post. When they weren't answering questions, they were chowing down on shrimp cocktail, mac and cheese, wings and filet mignon.
On the street the guys are inundated with requests from fans to take selfies. "You'd be surprised by some of the stuff people ask for. Men will come up to me and say, 'You're my wife's hall pass. I'll fly you out,'" Jax revealed. "And I'm like, 'No, thanks.'"
Despite their non-stop day, Tom and Jax made sure to check out the legendary ice skating rink in Rockefeller Plaza. Given that Jax played hockey back in the day, we wonder if he felt the urge to throw on some skates.
Everywhere they go, Tom and Jax always seem to run into their Queen Bee, Lisa Vanderpump (including in the offices of Bravo HQ). "She's so dreamy," Tom said. "I'm still nervous. She knocks the cool out of me."
After wrapping up an interview with The Daily Dish, Tom enjoys a refreshing beverage. And given how much we learned about them during the chat (including an anecdote where Jax revealed he once sexted his mom: "Yeah, I was embarrassed. My dad was not happy about that."), it was definitely a well-deserved drink.
