Lala Kent Shares Her Pregnancy Workout for Her 5-Month "Baby Body"

Sun's out, bump's out as far as Lala Kent is concerned. The Vanderpump Rules mama-to-be is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with fiancé Randall Emmett in 2021, and she's staying on top of her fitness routine with a playful workout in the park.

In a recent Instagram Story, Lala shared a few quick clips as she and her trainer Jenna Willis worked up a sweat in the great outdoors. Lala positively glowed as she mastered the art of side-to-side squats with an added red resistance band. "Yes, stay low," Willis encouraged from the sidelines as Lala gritted her way through the fitness routine, also adding, "Burns more than you would think." Honestly, we're getting a little dewy just watching Lala. 

In a later clip, Lala kept her "baby body" (as Willis dubbed it) healthy and toned by practicing weighted arm raises with coordinating bended knee lifts that worked her shoulders, biceps, and triceps. The full-body workout routine even got the attention of park passersby as Lala marched her way through her set.

For the sunny sweat session, Lala rocked a few of her go-to athletic looks, including a black one-shoulder sports bra and matching bike shorts, as well as a classic cropped top with pair of gray stretch pants. 

Werk it, Lala.
