As Scheana Shay and Brock Davies embarked on their house hunting journey in San Diego, they were immediately impressed with the first property they saw: a multi-story beachfront home with unobstructed views.

While it was clear in the Vanderpump Rules SURver's vlog below that the couple felt the abode needed a bit of touching up, they also saw the potential in what would end up being their first home together. "I mean, I could wake up and look at this every day," Scheana said in the video as she checked out the primary bedroom's balcony overlooking the beach. Brock added: "I like this."

While Brock was impressed with the view, he also noted the home's bar area was "pretty cool," to say the least. Shortly after moving in, the couple upgraded the already chic space by adding a neon sign with Scheana's favorite quote: "It's All Happening."

Still, there were parts of the home that the pair wasn't quite as impressed with, including one of the bathroom's "interesting tile décor," as Scheana delicately put it. However, as she explored the house, she went on to praise a different bathroom's "nice shower" and "nice big vanity area."

Scheana shared the exciting news that the duo found a new home in July. "I am so excited to announce we just got approved for our dream beach house in San Diego," she said. "We've already been living together in quarantine for four months, so we're doing it! I'm moving into San Diego and I'm so excited."

Now, after their August 1 move, it seems Scheana is very happily settling into life in the new city. "It’s official," she wrote on August 2 after noting she was "genuinely going to miss" her former apartment in Marina del Rey. "San Diego is my happy place!"
