Stassi Schroeder is officially a homeowner! The Vanderpump Rules cast member took to Instagram to celebrate the major milestone, also revealing a sneak peek inside the gorgeous new Hollywood Hills house.
After hinting that she was in negotiation to buy a new home earlier this month, Stassi confirmed that she finalized the purchase during a recent girl’s trip to Utah. Now, she’s sharing a first glimpse inside her luxurious new digs, which she reportedly bought for $1.7 million.
The podcast host took to Instagram to capture her and fiancé Beau Clark as they celebrated at the entrance of their stunning home. As can be seen in the photo, the two settled on a Spanish-style home, featuring an arched entryway framed by potted greenery.
“Homeowners AF,” she wrote in the caption.
Stassi also shared a brief look at the interior of the home in a series of Instagram Stories. The bestselling author posted a video of her two dogs running into their new house for the first time, giving a peek at the airy, light-filled living space featuring archways, wood floors, and lovely floor-to-ceiling windows spanning several of the walls.

And let’s not forget the kitchen, which we caught a glimpse of as Beau and Stassi documented opening a bottle of champagne to commemorate their purchase. From the looks of it, the spacious room features granite countertops, white cabinets, and terracotta tiles.
Stassi also made sure to note another important feature of the house, writing, “Finally have central AC. I’ve made it.”
