Stassi Schroeder's Boyfriend Beau Clark Confesses: They've Never Done This Before

Stassi Schroeder's boyfriend Beau Clark knows food. Let's remember that the Vanderpump Rules beau actually concocted a culinary-personality alter ego by the name of Chef Beau-ar-dee — so we'd be inclined to trust his restaurant knowledge. But apparently — by his own admission — it has some serious gaps.
Beau took to Instagram to share a confession. "I've lived in L.A. for almost 20 years," he narrated a video clip — tagging Stassi. "And I’m sad to say I’ve never f---ing been here. And Stassi's never been here. We are lame!"
Beau's video showed none other than Carneys restaurant, an establishment serving hot dogs and hamburgers in Los Angeles since 1975 — decades before Beau came to town.
Its founders John Wolfe Sr. and his wife Pat Wolfe built their spot into a Sunset Strip destination — in a location meant to be portable in case they lost their lease. But nope, the classic still maintains its iconic real estate to this day... and looks like Beau finally made it.
As for restaurants on the other coast, Beau made sure to hit a locals-only NYC establishment when he was in New York to tend bar in the clubhouse for Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. What insider spot was that? Well, naturally — it was Hooters restaurant. "I'm always down for wings," he noted. "Even in NYC!!"
