Doctor Oz appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen on September 10, and the Clubhouse became an unofficial clinic of sorts. Viewers wanted to ask the doctor their most pressing health concerns and get answers on the spot — and one of those questions had to do with reaching a healthy weight. Naturally, we were all ears. 

A WWHL fan wrote in: "What supplement is the most beneficial to aid in losing weight?" But as it turns out, the doctor doesn't recommend any supplement at all — though we think he'd be in favor of adding a little lavender oil to your pillow at night. Ready for this?
