Did Heather Gay Pay Monica Garcia Back for the Perfume?

During the After Show, Heather Gay from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City says she didn’t have to pay Monica Garcia back for the perfume she purchased for her in Bermuda because Angie Katsanevas sent Monica the funds through Venmo on her behalf. She had Angie pay her because she didn't think Monica had the finances to buy it and, when Andy Cohen asks why Heather didn't just Venmo her, she explains that she wanted nothing to do with her after the finale episode. Heather goes on to reveal that she had bought Monica several things throughout the season.
