Those nights when we're tossing and turning and can't get to sleep, we'll either count sheep — or more realistically, scroll through Instagram. But Below Deck Mediterranean third stew Kasey Cohen is way more productive than that. She's got an interesting, and multi-tasking, cure for insomnia. She actually gets going and gets a workout in past midnight.

Yesterday, Kasey posted on her Instagram Stories account from the gym with a time stamp of 1:11 a.m., along with the caption "Can't sleep." That's dedication! The gym looks pretty empty at that hour too. 

Kasey practically lives in a bikini (when she's not in her work uniform, that is). Her athleisure style is on point too, with baby blue sneakers.

Maybe next time during her midnight fitness session, she can share some of the workout moves she relies on, because this stew sizzles in her neon pink two-piece.
