Malia White Had a Festive "Dirty 30" Birthday Celebration in the South of France
The Below Deck Mediterranean bosun rang in a new decade with cake, champagne, and a sweet surprise in her cabin.
One could do worse than to celebrate a milestone birthday in the south of France. Below Deck Mediterranean bosun Malia White — who's based in the popular vacation spot this summer — recently did just that. And based on the photos she posted to Instagram, Malia's seaside celebration was nothing but smooth sailing and sunny skies... with a bottle or two of champs.
In a July 20 post, the deck crew boss shared a photo of herself dressed in her birthday best. Wearing a little black dress, glossy stilettos, and a swipe of red lipstick, Malia took a celebratory sip of bubbly. "This is 30," she wrote. "Celebrated dressed up in high heels & sipping champagne with good friends! If this is 30 I’m all for it!" In her hashtags, she playfully spelled out "dirty thirty."
30 had more in store for the aspiring captain. In further posts, Malia showed off peach and white balloons that decorated a festive meal with her crew. There were also rose-gold balloons shaped like a 3 and a 0. And, lest anyone forgot Malia's new age, she held chalkboards signs that read "Hello 30" and "30 and fabulous."
No birthday celebration is complete without cake, and Malia's was a gorgeous chocolate confection topped with ripe berries and studded with candy. And when the birthday girl returned to her cabin, she found another sweet touch: a birthday gift wrapped up with red roses was waiting for her on her bed.
