Malia White is putting her impressive yoga skills on display. The Below Deck Mediterranean cast member recently took to Instagram to share a glimpse inside her rigorous “quarantine workout sessions,” which apparently include some seriously gravity-defying inversion poses.
Malia offered a peek at her intense fitness routine in a video posted on social media on September 19. In the brief clip, the yachtie can be seen practicing a variety of challenging handstand poses in a hotel room. After starting off with a traditional handstand, the 30-year-old goes on to showcase her flexibility and core strength with a series of increasingly difficult variations.
“Quarantine workout sessions! Practicing handstand hold variations,” she wrote in the caption alongside the video, also adding a hashtag that reads, “Use what you got.”
This isn’t the first time that Malia has flaunted her amazing balance skills. The Below Deck Med bosun loves to stay active whether she’s on or off a yacht, as she often captures on Instagram.
In August, she shared a photo of herself practicing a handstand on a paddleboard in the water. “When life is a little upside down— embrace it! Know you’re strong enough to do the hard stuff!” she wrote in the caption.
Earlier this summer, she also tried out some one-arm handstands, as captured in the last slide below.
