Malia White may be busy kicking butt and taking names on Below Deck Mediterranean, but even this bosun likes to let loose every now and then. Though we're typically used to seeing her decked out in uniforms, Malia is no stranger to turning heads with her low-key, off-duty style. 

When you're accustomed to cliff-jumping in chic, cut-out bikinis, finding a flirty, night out ensemble should be a breeze. On June 21, Malia took to Instagram to share a sunny pic as she posed on a balcony wearing a flowy and romantic little black dress that is perfect for summer outings — even if you're staying close to home. "Feels good to let my hair down," she explained in her caption, "Not too often I’m out of work attire & dressed up!"

Malia has totally nailed her casual, but cool, vibe thanks in no small part to her black, empire-waisted frock with lace-trim details and a plunging neckline. The breezy dress featured an asymmetrical hemline that paired perfectly with her ankle-strapped heels and, of course, a glass of white wine.
