Last September, Tiffany Copeland took to Instagram with some sparkling news. Flashing a princess-cut diamond that boyfriend Evan Jones had just slipped onto her finger, the Below Deck Mediterranean alum made it official: She was engaged!

Fast forward just over a year, and the former marine biologist was standing under a rose-clad altar, looking like a total dream in a floaty white gown.

Tiffany and Evan wed in an outdoor ceremony this October. The wedding took place at a North Carolina ranch, and the pictures showcased Tiffany's gorgeous gown against a backdrop of autumn trees and sunlit fields. (But of course, there was also some water nearby: The couple said their vows in front of a placid lake.)

The bride wore a strapless dress with a sweetheart neckline and a cascading, ruffled train. For her beauty look, Tiffany opted for an elaborately braided updo, and let a few romantic, wavy tendrils spill out. She tucked her hair under a delicate chapel veil, and carried a lush bouquet of fall flowers and leaves.

We're not the only ones melting over all the beauty. Tiffany's pal Hannah Ferrier hopped into Instagram comments to gush: "Amazing!! You looked [breathtaking] my love."
