Natasha De Bourg Reveals if She Has "Learned the Definition of Making Eggs"
After multiple egg-related mishaps on Parsifal III, the Below Deck Sailing Yacht chef opened up about her breakfast cooking skills.
Chef Natasha De Bourg often wow-ed charter guests with over-the-top meals. However, there was one breakfast staple the Below Deck Sailing Yacht cast member struggled with: eggs.
Whether it was adding hollandaise sauce to one guest's poached egg or cooking a scrambled egg for a guest who requested it over-easy, Natasha's take on egg-related orders was a source of tension between her and chief stew Daisy Kelliher throughout the season.
On Part 1 of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht reunion, Natasha finally had the chance to explain her egg incidents when host Andy Cohen asked a question from a viewer. "As a yacht chef serving a majority of Americans, have you learned how to make eggs? And admit that poached eggs and over-easy eggs are not the same as scrambled eggs?" Andy read, adding, "Natasha, defend your egg cooking!"
Natasha was not only happy to answer the question but also to admit to some of her mistakes. "I have learned the definition of making eggs, but I just f--ked up," she said. "Like any one of us, I f--k up sometimes."
"Watching myself back on the show, it made me realize how defensive I was. Daisy, the way she approached me... it's kind of, like, intimidating to me, it's kind of like aggressive. So whatever she gives to me is like, I give back to her, and I'm sorry," she added later in the episode. "Daisy and I spoke, and we are in a better place. I was wrong a lot of times. So I am sorry, and I apologize for the times that I was wrong."
