Below Deck Alum Amy Johnson Shares a Peek at Her North Carolina Home & Christmas Tree
The former Below Deck stew gives a look inside her festively decorated house.
Amy Johnson has had a lot to celebrate in the last few months — and she fully intends to keep the party going. After tying the knot in the fall, the former Below Deck stewardess (who will be returning to our screens in Below Deck Galley Talk!) had a sparkling Christmas celebration at home with her new hubby, Ellis Lenthall. And even though the holiday has come and gone, the festive lights are staying put.
In an Instagram post from December 28, the newlywed shared a peek at the spectacular tree in her North Carolina home. In the comments, Amy explained her aesthetic: "Basically anything somewhat decor-ish in the color scheme I was going for is in that tree," she wrote.
Lush, tall, and completely covered in lights, the fir also had big pink flowers, silky ribbons, and glittering ornaments decking its branches. And it seems like it will be standing in front of that gold-patterned wall for some time to come.
"Christmas vibes still going strong," Amy wrote in her caption. "Can’t stop, won’t stop. I don’t know how I’m ever going to take the tree down. It makes me so happy, plus the amount of work involved to dismantle it is VERY overwhelming. Anyone else?!"
She then came clean with her plan. "Going to keep watering and see how long she can hang in there!"
