Below Deck Alum Emily Warburton-Adams Poses in Her Bra and Underwear

While some are stocking up on cashmere lounge sets and cozy PJs to spend their days self-quarantining at home, Below Deck alum Emily Warburton-Adam appears to be favoring cheekier options. 

The London native recently shared a gorgeous photo of herself on Instagram in which she posed in nothing but her undies. In the snap, Emily sported a black bra and matching bikini-style bottoms while she laid atop a cozy-looking bed. The former stewardess was all smiles as she tousled her beautiful natural curls. Emily definitely has the right idea here. What can be comfier than lounging in bed in your undies all day?

And in case you're wondering what's different about Emily's appearance, she's switched up her look in a major way since her days serving on Captain Lee Rosbach's crew. The former blonde is now a brunette. 

Emily also shared an uplifting and positive message to go along with the serene photo. "Stay safe, be sensible, don’t be scared, eat well, and have a wonderful weekend," she wrote. And she listed six helpful tips of her own for this stressful time: "Sanitate, Smile, Sleep, Speak, Supplements and Sex."
