Below Deck’s Izzy Wouters Cut Her Own Hair, and It Didn’t Go As Planned

Isabelle "Izzy" Wouters looks a bit different since her days aboard the My Seanna on Below Deck Season 8. The experienced deckhand recently made a big hair change, and the end result even caught her by surprise. 

On April 5, Izzy took to Instagram to debut her new look. As captured in the black-and-white snapshot, Izzy took several inches off her mane. Her new, shorter hair fell just above her shoulders — and while it looked absolutely fabulous, the style wasn't what Izzy had planned. In the caption, Izzy revealed that she did an at-home haircut and "accidentally chopped too much off."

"Oh well, it will grow back," she continued. "This is the price you pay when you’re too cheap to go to the hairdresser so I accept it."

Nevertheless, Izzy owned her hair mishap with style and grace. Izzy paired her new 'do with a black crop top, high-waisted denim shorts, and sunglasses for a classic yet chill look while posing on her family's boat.

"This is our boat," she added. "By our boat I mean I haven’t paid a cent towards it, thanks dad, and just use it when I want to. We’re beginning a [full-scale] renovation... which will probably take years to complete because boats."
