She's Hollywood's unicorn princess.

Right or Ratchet: A Petrified Dakota Fanning

With her ivory skin and silky blonde mane, Elle Fanning has an ethereal glow that captivates designers. The 19-year-old star of The Beguiled has a deeply feminine, romantic style, and brings fairy-tale fashion to red carpets around the world.

Elle works with stylist Samantha McMillen, who refers to her enchanting client as "Unicorn." That makes sense: Elle's number-one fashion rule, she told Pret-a-Reporter, is: "Never say no to sparkle." Here's a look back at international red carpets where the young star shone.

1. Los Angeles

At the U.S. premiere of The Beguiled, the actress wore a sparkling, structured gown by Naeem Khan.

2. Cannes, France

At the Cannes Film Festival, the beauty saluted France in a dreamy floral gown by Dior. The flower petals on the haute-couture gown were made of feathers.

3. New York

Elle channeled Cinderella at the Met Gala. She wore a floor-sweeping, pale-blue gown by Miu Miu; her sparkling headband added a little shimmer.

4. Toronto

At a 2015 event in Toronto, the actress ventured out of pastels to wear a ruffled, cherry-red style by Gucci.

5. The Hamptons

At the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2016, the starlet wore a beaded lilac dress by Elie Saab. The belted look was from the designer's Resort 2017 collection.

6. Paris

For the 2016 Paris premiere of The Neon Demon, Elle sparkled in fiery red Lanvin, and wore a matching heart choker that referenced themes in the film.

7. Rome

For a 2016 appearance in Rome, the actress wore a soft, ruffled mini by Giamba. A delicate crown of baby's breath anointed her hair.

All this glamour before she its 20. We can't wait to see what Elle's second decade will bring!
