Is Ivanka Trump Leaving Her Own Fashion Label?
The mogul is reportedly stepping away from her clothing, shoes, and accessories line.
Ivanka Trump has faced a few issues with her fashion label lately. In past months, her company was plagued with everything from a lawsuit alleging a stolen copyright to a protest movement encouraging female shoppers to boycott her brand. Now, The New York Times reports that the business mogul has decided to sever ties with her fashion biz. Ivanka will also step down from her management position at the Trump Organization.
Ivanka has not yet publicly commented on the split, but she did announce back in November that she was distancing herself from the brand on social media, and would use @IvankaTrump as her own personal page. And since that announcement, Ivanka has peppered her feed with more photos of her life outside of the office.
She's shared family holidays, vacation snaps, and—earlier this week—a video of herself out sledding with her three young tots. It would seem Ivanka plans to spend more time with her family as the crew adjusts to life in Washington, but we'll be keeping our ears to the ground for her official statement.
